What this covers

This policy explains what Next Energy does with the information you give us through this website. Next Energy operates from 258 Kalani Nagar, Airport Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. That means your name, mobile number, email address where you give one, your PIN code or address, and the rough size of your electricity bill. We ask for the bill range because it is what lets us size a system; it is not a credit check.

If one of our surveyors visits your property, we also record the measurements taken on site, photographs of the roof and the electrical connection, and your DISCOM consumer number where you provide it.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, bank account details, card numbers, Aadhaar or PAN through this website.

Why we hold it

To call you back, prepare a quotation, carry out a site survey, file the net-metering and subsidy applications on your behalf, and service the system afterwards. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Our own staff, and the service providers that run this site for us: Vercel, which hosts it, and Supabase, which stores the enquiry and survey records. Where you ask us to apply for net metering or the PM Surya Ghar subsidy, your details go to your electricity distribution company and the relevant government portal, because the application cannot be made without them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass your number to other installers or to lead-generation services.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages lead to enquiries. It records usage patterns, not your identity, and it is not connected to the enquiry you submit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers: up to two years, then deleted. Customer records, including survey photographs: for the life of the system and its warranties, because we need them to service what we installed.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to nextesolarenergy@gmail.com or call +91 72238 28865 and we will action it. If you ask us to delete your record while we are mid-way through a subsidy application, we will tell you what we cannot remove and why.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry and survey records sit behind access controls so that only our staff can read them, and survey photographs are held in private storage rather than on a public address.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
